The platform allows you to select online workouts and sync them with your application for exercising at home or in the gym. It effectively tracks your strength progress through weightlifting, acting as your personal trainer by providing the guidance and motivation necessary for your fitness journey.

You can integrate this application with Apple Health App. By enabling this connection, any workout recorded in the Health app will automatically be added to your activity calendar.
